Beef Wrap with Lettuce (Printable)

# Directions:

01 - In a bowl, combine thinly sliced beef with soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix well and let stand for 10 minutes.
02 - Heat a nonstick skillet over high heat and sear the marinated beef for 2 to 3 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside.
03 - In a small bowl, whisk Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
04 - Lay out lettuce leaves and spread a thin layer of sauce on each leaf.
05 - Distribute cooked beef evenly over the lettuce leaves.
