Cajun Spiced Grilled Shrimp (Printable)

01 - 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

02 - 2 tbsp olive oil
03 - 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
04 - 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
05 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
06 - 1/4 tsp onion powder
07 - 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
08 - 1/2 tsp salt
09 - 1/4 tsp black pepper
10 - 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

→ To Serve

11 - Lemon wedges
12 - 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

# Directions:

01 - In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice until fully combined.
02 - Add shrimp to the bowl and toss until evenly coated. Let marinate at room temperature for 10-15 minutes.
03 - Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
04 - Thread shrimp onto skewers. If using wooden skewers, soak in water for 20 minutes before use.
05 - Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque with light char marks.
06 - Remove from grill and transfer to serving platter. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
