# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • The creamy feta and fresh spinach create this incredible Mediterranean vibe that feels fancy but comes together in under an hour
  • Each breast is practically a complete meal on its own, packed with 39 grams of protein per serving
  • The baking method keeps the chicken incredibly juicy while the filling gets all melty and fragrant
02 -
  • The toothpicks are absolutely necessary unless you want your beautiful filling leaking all over the baking dish
  • Let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes after baking, this keeps all those juices inside instead of on your cutting board
03 -
  • Pound your chicken breasts slightly to an even thickness before stuffing for more predictable cooking
  • If your toothpicks are wooden, soak them for a few minutes so they don't burn in the oven
