01 - Pat the drained chickpeas very dry with paper towels. Remove any loose skins for extra crispiness.
02 - In a medium bowl, toss chickpeas with olive oil, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
03 - Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 2 minutes.
04 - Place the seasoned chickpeas in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
05 - Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes, until chickpeas are golden and crispy.
06 - Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm or at room temperature.
