Greek Yogurt Parfait (Printable)

Creamy yogurt layered with fresh berries and crunchy granola

# What goes in:

→ Dairy

01 - 2 cups plain Greek yogurt

→ Fruit

02 - 1 cup mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

→ Sweeteners

03 - 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup

→ Grains

04 - 1 cup granola

→ Extras (Optional)

05 - 2 tbsp chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts)
06 - 1 tbsp chia seeds
07 - Zest of 1 lemon

# Directions:

01 - Wash and gently pat dry all berries. Slice strawberries if using.
02 - In four clear glasses or jars, spoon 2-3 tablespoons of Greek yogurt into the bottom of each.
03 - Drizzle a little honey or maple syrup over the yogurt layer.
04 - Add a handful of mixed berries to each glass.
05 - Sprinkle 2-3 tablespoons of granola over the berries.
06 - Repeat the layering: yogurt, honey, berries, granola, until glasses are filled.
07 - Finish with a final sprinkle of granola, chopped nuts, chia seeds, and lemon zest if desired.
08 - Serve immediately for crunch, or chill for 15-30 minutes for a softer texture.
