16 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
17 - 1 teaspoon sumac or zaatar

# Directions:

01 - Place pita bread wedges and baguette slices on a baking sheet. Warm in a 350°F oven for 5-7 minutes until soft and slightly crisp.
02 - Spoon hummus, baba ganoush, and tzatziki into separate small bowls. Drizzle each with a little olive oil and sprinkle with fresh parsley or sumac if desired.
03 - On a large serving platter or wooden board, arrange cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, bell pepper strips, olives, artichoke hearts, and baby carrots around the dip bowls.
04 - Place feta cubes on the platter. For halloumi, grill slices for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown, then arrange alongside the feta.
05 - Add warmed breads and crackers to the board. Garnish with lemon wedges and an extra drizzle of olive oil across the entire arrangement.
06 - Serve immediately, allowing guests to create their own combinations of dips, vegetables, cheeses, and breads.

# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • You can prep most components the day before and simply arrange them when guests arrive
  • Everyone gets to customize their own perfect bites with their favorite combinations
  • It looks impressive but requires almost no actual cooking
02 -
  • Cold hummus straight from the refrigerator has muted flavor so let all dips sit out for 30 minutes before serving
  • Leave plenty of empty space on the platter because guests need room to reach and dip without knocking things over
03 -
  • Invest in a large wooden board or slate platter as it elevates the entire presentation instantly
  • Never refrigerate tomatoes as cold temperatures destroy their texture and flavor
