# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • The honey garlic glaze creates these sticky, caramelized edges that make everything taste restaurant quality
  • Cleanup takes literally two minutes so you can actually relax after eating
  • The vegetables get sweet and tender while the kielbasa gets perfectly crispy
02 -
  • Overcrowding the pan is the fastest way to end up with steamed vegetables instead of roasted ones
  • The glaze will burn if you leave it in longer than 25 minutes, so set that timer
03 -
  • Cut your vegetables into similar sizes so everything finishes cooking at the same time
  • Toss everything halfway through roasting for even caramelization on all sides
