# What goes in:

→ Base

01 - 24 mini pretzel twists

→ Chocolate Coating

02 - 6 oz white chocolate or white chocolate chips
03 - Green food coloring gel (as needed)

→ Toppings (optional)

04 - 2 tbsp colorful sprinkles
05 - 2 tbsp crushed pistachios
06 - 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips

# Directions:

01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange the pretzels in a single layer.
02 - Place white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until completely smooth. Alternatively, melt using a double boiler over gentle heat.
03 - Stir green food coloring gel into the melted chocolate, adding small amounts at a time until you achieve your desired vibrant shade.
04 - Using a fork or dipping tool, dip each pretzel halfway or fully into the green chocolate. Lift and allow excess chocolate to drip off before transferring.
05 - Place coated pretzels back on the parchment-lined sheet. Immediately sprinkle with your choice of toppings while chocolate is still wet.
06 - Let pretzels set at room temperature for 20–30 minutes, or refrigerate for 10 minutes until chocolate hardens completely. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
