# Directions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
03 - Spread the Brussels sprouts on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Scatter the chopped turkey bacon evenly over the sprouts.
04 - Roast for 20–25 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until the Brussels sprouts are golden and crispy on the edges and the turkey bacon is cooked.
05 - Transfer to a serving dish. If desired, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley before serving. Serve hot.
