02 - Blend on high speed until completely smooth and creamy, approximately 30-45 seconds.
03 - Taste the blended mixture and add additional sugar if preferred sweetness level not achieved.
04 - Distribute evenly between two tall glasses, filling to approximately 1 inch from rim.
05 - Top with whipped cream if desired and serve immediately while cold.
