Strawberry Coconut Cooler (Printable)

Bright strawberry and coconut blend with lime and agave, served icy and garnished with mint.

# What goes in:

01 - 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
02 - 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

→ Liquids

03 - 1 cup chilled coconut milk
04 - 1/2 cup chilled coconut water
05 - 1 tablespoon agave syrup or honey, optional

→ Ice & Garnish

06 - 1 cup ice cubes
07 - Strawberry slices, for garnish
08 - Fresh mint leaves, for garnish

01 - Add strawberries, lime juice, coconut milk, coconut water, and agave syrup or honey to a blender.
02 - Blend the mixture until completely smooth and homogenous.
03 - Add ice cubes to the blender and blend again until the ice is finely crushed and the drink has a frothy texture.
04 - Taste the drink and adjust sweetness to preference if needed.
05 - Pour the mixture into chilled serving glasses.
